Using the Treatment Room Nursing Service

Patients registered with Parkside Surgery or Grove Medical Practice

You may need a referral from your doctor to undergo clinical care or tests with the Treatment Room Nursing Service.

However, you can call in at any time and get health and lifestyle advice from our nurses.

They can also inform your doctor or other healthcare professional if needed.

Patients registered with another surgery

If you are registered in another area, you can still use the Treatment Room Nursing Service if your doctor provides a written referral outlining the care you need.

He/she must also include a prescription for any items that are needed for your clinical care.

If you are a temporary resident in the area, you must register with a doctor in Parkside Surgery or Grove Medical Practice to use the Treatment Room Nursing Service.
