Making an appointment

You can make an appointment to see any of our doctors in our reception area.

You can also call us on 028 9016 4600.

We can normally provide an appointment within 48 hours, but it does help if you give us a few days' notice for non-urgent appointments.

If the doctor of your choice is not available, we will offer you an appointment with another doctor.

We can also arrange separate appointments, if needed, if you advise our reception staff in advance.

Urgent problems can be seen at short notice, subject to your doctor's discretion.

Again, please inform our reception staff if this is the case.

Cancelling an appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, call us on 028 9016 4600 or visit our reception area.

Please do this as soon as possible so we can allocate your appointment to another patient.
