Our Occupational Therapy Assessment Clinic allows you to discuss your condition with a qualified occupational therapist.

The therapist may need to see you perform some day-to-day activities you would usually do at home before deciding whether further treatment is needed.

The surgery includes a clinical area and home-simulated areas for this purpose.

To attend the clinic, you must refer yourself or be referred by a doctor, family member, housing organisation or other healthcare professional.

Once the referral has been received, we can arrange an appointment for you.

All referrals should be made to the Central Referral Service, which is operated by the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5pm
Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm.
