Grove Wellbeing Park

Grove Wellbeing Park provides outdoors facilities to help local residents keep fit and healthy.

These include:

Trim Trail with running paths, walking routes and exercise stations located around the park
pedestrian paths which link the park with Grove Wellbeing Centre.

It also contains a playground for children, which includes a hi-tech, interactive piece of equipment which tests fitness and reaction time.

Opening hours

The park opens daily at 7.30am. Closing time varies from 4.30pm to 10pm, according to the time of year.
